Stonko-format Excel CV
Turns any CV (Word, PDF, plain text or another spreadsheet) into a single-sheet Excel CV in the layout I use at Johns Hopkins: Book Antiqua 14, a fixed section order from personal information through teaching and mentoring, numbered two-row citation blocks, a self-updating date cell and an electronic-signature footer. It prints cleanly to PDF. Give Claude your current CV and ask it to “convert this CV to the Stonko format.”
How to install a skill
- In Claude, turn on code execution: Settings > Capabilities (Team and Enterprise plans: your admin enables it under Organization settings).
- Go to Customize > Skills, click +, choose Create skill, then Upload a skill, and select the ZIP file. Don’t unzip it first.
- Start a new chat and ask for the task. Claude uses the skill when the request matches.
